When you become a member we will ask for information such as your first and last name, residential address and email address (if applicable) also telephone number.

Our Members privacy is very important to us. Any information given to us when registering will not be passed on to any other person/organisation without the specific permission of the Member.

Any Member uploading photographs for competitions must be the sole owner of the Copyright.... Brentwood & District Photographic Club will not accept any liability for breach of Copyright.

A Member uploading photographs for competitions will be deemed (unless the Member specifically states otherwise) that he/she is willing for the image(s) to be available for club use, whereby in addition to the club being entered into club competitions, the club may have the opportunity to enter these in inter-club/EAF/PAGB etc., competitions.

Under no circumstances will these photographs be used for any other purpose without the specific permission of the Member.

The Member will remain the sole copyright owner of these Images and the club will not reliquish any rights in this respect.

BDPC may update this policy if necessary, in which case we will notify our members about any significant changes via email and/or AGM
