You are welcome to visit Members Galleries
The requirements for members to upload their images is as follows;
Please supply to me (David Faldo), your images as an email attachment at dave@dfaldo.com or on a memory card or CD/DVD media.
RULES

A maximum of 24 images per author per gallery. |
| 2. |
All images must be clearly titles and named as per the following format EXAMPLES: TENBY by barry haines (or) OBAN by peter elgar
PLEASE NOTE That the upper/lower case and the by and gaps are all very important as they are required to be labelled in this manner in order for the Digital Projection Software to work properly, when the same images are displayed at the club |

Please make it clear if your images are for your gallery or the competitions. |

The images must always be new images for your gallery, so no repeats please.. |

Maximum images sizes are 1024 pixels wide by 768 wide. (XGA)
This can be sub-divided in to Portrait perspective or Landscape perspective.
In respect to portraits, the minimum size should be 500 pixels wide x 768 high and for landscapes, the minimum size should be 1024 pixels wide by 375 pixels thus high making a letter box format.

Images should be saved in the sRGB colour space so as to display the correct colours for the digital software being used by the club. |

Images should be saved to JPEG 8 bit format. The compresion can remain as quality 12 compression for best image output.. |

Images submitted must be the authors own work. The author is responsible for his/her images. Brentwood & District Photographic Club will not be held responsible regarding breach of copyright.
Members who choose to submit images for BDPC competition use or for display on the pbase gallery website should be in full knowledge that they are also granting their permission for their images to be displayed (and shown only). If you only wish for your images to be used for BDPC competion use, please make it clear when sending images that this is not for gallery (display) purpose.

All images sent to the webmaster will be uploaded only at the discretion of the webmaster. Images deemed to be unsuitable i.e offensive or pornography will be excluded. |
